Solectek Awarded Multiple Contracts from China Unicom
Solectek's SkyWay and SkyMate products are to power Internet Cafes in China with broadband connectivity

Solectek Corporation, a leader in the broadband wireless networking industry, today announced that
it has won four contracts with China Unicom to deploy high-speed Internet connections in multiple provinces in China.
Working with its distributor Beijing Ricom Sci-Tech Development Co, Ltd and Ricom's US based agent Sun Ray
Solutions, Solectek has established a strong presence in the Chinese wireless broadband market with the award
of contracts from Shanxi Unicom, Guandong Unicom, Jiangxi Unicom and Tunnan Unicom. "Our list of
customers is growing fast", says Dr. Eric Lee, CEO of Solectek, "We expect to provide wireless
broadband solutions to more than 20 provinces in China by next year, complimented with new, exciting products."
The SkyWay and SkyMate products are 2.4GHz, 11Mbps fixed wireless systems featuring enhanced radios for robust
operation in the crowded 2.4GHz frequency band. The patented, award-winning multipoint protocol has a built in
QoS scheme that guarantees the timely delivery of packets and allows users to precisely manage data rates to each
subscriber. The frame-packing mechanism delivers 80% more actual throughput than competing products and maximizes
the value of the customer investment.

Solectek Signs a Master Distribution Agreement with Ricom for the Chinese Market
Solectek is to increase marketing and presence in China with a strong local partner.

Solectek Corporation, a leader in the broadband wireless networking industry, today announced
that it has signed a master distributor agreement with Beijing Ricom Sci-Tech Development Co, Ltd.
to market its broadband wireless product line in China.

the in-depth technical expertise and business experience to help us market our products much more
